About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Officer to join our translational research team working on cutting-edge CAR T-cell therapies for gastrointestinal cancers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative cancer immunotherapy research in a dynamic and supportive academic-clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in vivo studies including tumor implantation and whole-body bioluminescence imaging of tumor-bearing NSG mice using the IVIS Spectrum system.
- Expand and maintain human immune cells and organoids.
- Conduct retroviral transduction for CAR T-cell generation.
- Perform multi-parameter flow cytometry analysis.
- Execute tumor cytotoxicity assays using the Tecan Infinite 200 Pro plate reader.
- Conduct live-cell imaging of 3D tumor spheroids using the S3 IncuCyte system.
- Support laboratory biosafety management, equipment maintenance, and ordering of experimental reagents and materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Biomedicine (BSc), or a related field.
- Strong passion for tumor immunology, immune evasion mechanisms, immune activation and tolerance, protein structure and function, and immune cell engineering.
- Diligent, self-motivated, conscientious, and team-oriented.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, along with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
