About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Data Analytics & Management supports data management, analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring functions to facilitate operational excellence, quality improvement, and informed decision-making. The incumbent will manage data collection and validation processes, develop reports and dashboards, perform analysis of operational and performance indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

Manage operational and performance datasets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities

Maintain databases, repositories, and reporting systems

Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and management reports

Conduct routine and ad hoc analyses to identify trends and performance issues

Apply analytical and statistical methods to support departmental reporting and improvement initiatives

Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management, committees, and external submissions

Monitor departmental and institutional KPIs and conduct performance analysis and benchmarking exercises

Assist stakeholders in developing and refining performance indicators

Provide data-driven recommendations based on trends and findings

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements

Provide data and analysis to support business cases, resource planning, and operational decision-making

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Support departmental projects, audits, and accreditation activities as required
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline

Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence, with exposure to dashboard development, automation, and performance reporting preferred

Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Microsoft Excel, and data visualisation tools

Experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, or performance monitoring is an advantage

Knowledge of statistical analysis and data analytics methodologies

Familiarity with SQL, database management, and data modelling

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights

Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
