About the Role

You will manage and supervise the operational and administrative functions of our Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) as part of Clinic Operations. Your responsibilities include managing, planning, and coordinating the operations of our SOC clinic, which include supervising clinic staff, overseeing registration, billing and collecting procedures, monitoring KPIs to ensure service delivery of patient services, handling service feedback and acting as a liaison for facility, patients and administration matters.

 

You will work closely with various departments (e.g. Nursing, Doctors, and other allied health) and in multi-disciplinary teams to look at work improvement. You will need to review and analyse data, identify problems, and recommend solutions.

 

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  • Manage and supervise the operational and administrative functions of the SOCs

  • Plan and coordinate clinic operations, including staff supervision and patient service delivery

  • Monitor KPIs and ensure high-quality patient services

  • Handle patient feedback and complaints, conducting thorough investigations when necessary

  • Develop workflows for new services

  • Audit and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of work processes

  • Coordinate and assist in the implementation of ad hoc projects when assigned

  • Supervise and manage performance of patient-facing staff

  • Conduct training sessions and identify staff training needs

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow for patients

  • Participate in quality improvement projects using tools such as Lean Management and PDCA cycles

  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline

  • Minimum 4 years of related working experience managing clinic operations, preferably in a PHI

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Passion to serve patients and people-oriented

  • Ability to work well with others and strong collaboration skills
