Senior / Associate Executive (Human Resource)
You will be part of the Human Resource Department to provide support to deliver prompt and professional HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support for HR Benefits Administration Section, such as leave and medical benefits administration.
• Provide guidance and advice to staff on matters relating to employment legislation, policies and answering day-to-day employee related queries.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Diploma holder in Business Administration, preferably with major in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Human Resource function
• Meticulous with strong follow up skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
