About the Role

 

You will be part of the Organisation Planning & Performance Department and will be involved in data and information management duties such as collating and analysing operational data and performance information for management decisions and strategic planning activities. You will also assist in the strategic and operational planning and performance review process. This includes, but is not limited to, the Balance Scorecard and other workload, service quality and utilisation performance indicators. You will also provide general administrative support.

 

 

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

 

  • Participate in work planning and strategic planning exercises, providing support to NCCS Senior Management in developing strategies and work plans for NCCS
  • Prepare and analyse performance and operational data, including Balanced Scorecard indicators, for periodic updates to Management
  • Prepare and analyse performance and operational data to support departments with their decision making and reporting needs
  • Compile workload and waiting time reports, and other relevant key performance indicators for timely submission to SingHealth Statistics Unit, MOH and cluster partners
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support and coordination for projects that support strategic operations
  • Participate in institution-wide NCCS committees as required

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or relevant field with 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
  • Ability to write well and multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience in using data visualisation software like Tableau will be an advantage
