About the Role

You will coordinate the preparedness and handling of the various types of Crisis Planning responses in the event of Civil Emergency (CE) activation, Disease Outbreak (DO) and management of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Centre. Maintain and update the Centre’s CE, DORS and BCP preparedness policies and processes. In addition, you will provide administrative support and coordinate with the various respective Centre’s departments on the submission of report, budget matters.

 

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

        · Plan and coordinate exercises and training.

       · Provide meeting secretariat support to DORS meetings (agenda management, record keeping, minute taking, meeting logistics)

· Ensure timely dissemination of NCCS/ SGH Campus / MOH directives on Disease Outbreak Management to all staff of NCCS.

· Ensures that the DORS Action Plans are current and are updated in NCCS Intranet.

 

Job Requirements

        · Bachelor’s degree

· Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry, preferably in operations management / disease outbreak / emergency planning

· Strong administrative organizational and coordinating skills

· Good interpersonal and communication skill

· Critical thinker, self-motivated and team player

· Meticulous with strong follow-up skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
