About the Role

You will play a pivotal role at the Division of Community Outreach and Philanthropy in supporting NCCS’ efforts to develop and execute digital and mass fundraising strategies for the NCCS Capital Campaign. As a Senior/Executive, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager to plan, co-ordinate and execute a variety of digital and mass solicitation initiatives. This includes coordinating email and other digital channel appeals, cultivating and stewarding donors, managing donations, planning and helping implement mass fundraising events and campaigns.


Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and implement an array of Digital and Mass Fundraising activities and initiatives such as developing key channels and fundraising messages, creative email campaigns, digital fundraising marketing programmes, and videos, etc. to motivate and optimise donations
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to implement ongoing testing programme across websites, emails and digital advertising, and enhance website and social media platforms with accurate, rich content and better user experience
  • Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers on E-Marketing (Direct Mail) programme, materials and merchandise to maximize revenue 
  • Provide analytics, insights and improvement actions for our digital channels
  • Participate in any other projects from time to time


Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Communications or Marketing
  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience for Degree holder and 8 to 12 years of working experience for Diploma holder
  • Experience in Fundraising or Digital / Mass Marketing will be an advantage
  • Analytical mind with excellent verbal and written communications, editing and proofing skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective branding and fundraising strategies, and balance competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva is preferred
