You will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions of medical staff with emphasis on managing the medical specialist recruitment, promotion exercise and malpractice insurance administration. 

In addition, you will be responsible for any adhoc HR developmental projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements

Degree or equivalent with minimum 2-4 years’ relevant experience

Good interpersonal skills and able to relate well with people at all levels

Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills

Meticulous and able to work independently

Knowledge of Success Factor would be an advantage
