About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Learning & Development Senior Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our organisation's learning programmes, sponsorships, and training initiatives while ensuring effective administration of learning and development activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end administration of learning programmes, including short courses & conferences, vendor sponsorships, scholarships, formal education, skills attachments and bond management
· Plan and monitor learning budgets, process training claims and reimbursements efficiently
· Support annual learning need analysis
· Track and analyse learning metrics to evaluate effectiveness of training programmes
· Maintain robust training records in the Learning Management System
· Coordinate & facilitate in-house training workshops/webinars and corporate orientation programmes for new hires
· Participate and support the implementation of learning initiatives and/or improvement projects
Job Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Development
· ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance)
· At least 6 years of relevant experience in training administration function
· Pro-active and meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
· Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and multi-task to meet competing deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power point)
· Working knowledge in Success Factors/Blackboard will be advantageous
