About the Role

As a Senior Executive / Executive of the Quality Development & Management department, you will be responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the Quality and Patient Safety initiatives, programs and Standards based audits to achieve the organisation’s objectives of maintaining excellent patient and staff safety to provide “Best Outcome, Best Experience” for cancer patients.  

 

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  • Plan and coordinate Quality and Patient Safety initiatives and programs including Senior Leaderships Safety WalkAround with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of issues that affect safety, and ensure appropriate and prompt improvement plans are well implemented
  • Facilitate Standard based audits, effective discussions and decision making with key stakeholders to close audit findings with appropriate measures
  • Develop the ability to recognise variations between standards and practices, and analyse trend audit results to identify key improvement areas 
  • Provide administrative support for meetings and participate in department initiatives

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry will be preferred
  • Prior knowledge in standards based audits such as JCI and Ensure Safer Systems will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, strong critical, analytical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to follow up on issues and implementation plans
  • Good team player, interpersonal and verbal and written communications, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
