About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the radiology department including managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, provision of statistics and performance outcomes and collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee day-to-day operations on site and assist in roster planning of Patient Service Associates, Patient Care Assistants, and File Management staff

Efficiently manage supplies and staffing

Implement strategies to streamline work processes, reduce wait times, and improve workflow efficiency

Exercise NCCS quality standards while demonstrating good patient service skills and be patient centric

Manage patient feedbacks and complaints
-
Develop records and statistics on information pertinent to radiology workload and billing.

Provide monthly reports on radiology performance indicators

Attend Department Management meetings and take minutes of meeting

Develop and support programs on quality improvement and ad-hoc projects when assigned

Perform any other duties as assigned by Head of Department and Mangers
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Applicants with major in Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, Information System or related disciplines would have an advantage

Prior experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage

Able to work independently and with different stakeholders

Possess initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned

Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with colleagues, peers, and subordinates.

Good team player with strong organisational and communication skills (verbal and written)
