About the Role
You will be responsible to ascertain the smooth operation of the front counter services, supervision of the front counter team as well as the day-to-day operations
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Supervision of the front counter team performance, ensures front registration counters function smoothly (registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and cashiering)
- Ensure good co-ordination of roles & responsibilities among team members to provide excellent service delivery to all clients including patients/caregivers & other customers (both internal & external)
- Be an exemplary leader by walking the talk, ensures all counter staff holds their work with pride & always ready to serve.
- Attend to inquiries, feedback & service improvement with regards to front counter services
- Responsible for revenue collection & proper handover of collection
- Provision of monthly reports of related counter performance/s & data required.
- Assist HOD whenever there is update/new services &/or price review
