About the Role

 

As a Senior Executive, you will support space planning and tenancy management functions within NCCS, including workstation allocation, tenancy coordination, lease administration, and documentation management for onsite and offsite facilities. You will also support lease renewal exercises and ensure compliance with organisational policies and operational requirements.

 

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Coordinate space planning, workstation allocation, and space inventory tracking
  • Process office space requests, including site assessments and layout reviews
  • Support tenancy management for onsite and offsite facilities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies, including SLA
  • Assist in documentation and submissions for lease renewal exercises
  • Maintain accurate space and tenancy records
  • Support workgroups and committees through meeting coordination and follow-up actions
  • Conduct space and tenancy audits to ensure compliance with organisational policies and requirements

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in space planning, tenancy, lease, or facilities management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with space or lease management systems will be an advantage
  • Good organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, proactive and a good team player
