About the Role
As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, you will facilitate private patient’s (non-resident and local private) appointments (consultations; diagnostic investigations and treatment at NCCS.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Handle enquiries from local and international private patients via walk-in, hotline, and email
- Manage insurance-related enquiries and referrals promptly
- Coordinate referrals from GPs and specialists
- Provide administrative and logistical support for patient visits and treatment
- Liaise with internal departments and SingHealth teams
- Improve and streamline workflows for private patient services
- Coordinate and support VIP/VVIP patient appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Relevant degree with at least 2 years of working experience (healthcare preferred)
- Resourceful with a strong patient-focused mindset
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- Familiar with workflow processes and improvements
