About the Role

 

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, you will support the Integrative Oncology programme to enhance cancer patient care through service development, data analysis, and education. You will oversee educational resources, website content, and outreach activities for patients and healthcare professionals. Other responsibilities include supporting healthcare services research (e.g., MOH Community Collaborative Care 2025), developing clinic workflows, improving care coordination between primary care and oncology services, and assisting with telehealth initiatives.

 

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Develop workflows for Integrative Oncology and tumor-specific survivorship clinics
  • Perform patient triaging and care coordination, including needs assessment and referrals (medical, psychosocial, supportive, logistical)
  • Support care transition and right-siting; track patient outcomes, referrals, and follow-ups; ensure timely communication with care teams
  • Build and coordinate partnerships with community providers; establish referral pathways
  • Support data collection, analysis, and healthcare services research (e.g., survivorship programs)
  • Assist in developing telehealth services
  • Coordinate education, outreach, and digital resources for patients and healthcare professionals

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Relevant degree with at least 2 years of working experience (healthcare setting preferred)
  • Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders, including public and private sector partners
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using IT systems and software
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., social media, messaging tools)
