  • Compile workload and waiting time reports and other relevant key performance indicators for timely submission to SingHealth Statistics Unit, MOH and cluster partners, while addressing errors or data discrepancies between databases and systems

  • Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to improve data accessibility and self-service

  • Improve reporting processes through automation and streamlining where possible

  • Support NCCS and departments in strategic projects, annual work plan exercises, and data requests through data-driven analyses

  • Partner business units to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities to apply a data-driven approach to address business issues

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, Statistics, or related fields

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience (experience in the healthcare or public sector is an advantage)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations

  • Strong visualisation skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and PowerPoint for storytelling and dashboard development

  • Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills

  • Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented

  • Fast and independent learner who can quickly understand complex business processes, systems and datasets

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses for senior stakeholders
