We are seeking a motivated Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead and support operational functions within Clinical Resource Management (CRM) at NDCS. This role oversees a team of Patient Service Associates (PSAs) and plays a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate appointment management, and a smooth care journey for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Supervision
- Oversee and guide the PSA team in day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching, performance monitoring, and competency development for team members.
- Drive team engagement and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Operations Management
- Develop long and mid-term macro-level data-driven dental chair and operating theatre resource allocation optimisation plans
- Ensure the timely creation, allocation, and maintenance of dentists’ appointment schedule.
- Oversee the smooth execution of pre-surgery workflows such as financial counselling, pre-operative instructions, listing coordination, and appointment follow-ups.
- Lead co-ordination across clinics and hospital partners for surgical listing, pre-operation evaluations, and data/information exchange.
- Service Excellence & Process Improvement
- Review and streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve patient experience.
- Generate and analyse operational KPIs for workflow optimisation.
- Handle escalated patient enquiries and feedback with professionalism and service excellence principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 years of healthcare experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills and takes initiative
- Ability to work independently, and good team-leading qualities.
- Logical and calm under pressure.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written), time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
