Senior Executive, Risk & Quality Management

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist and support the development, implementation and monitoring of indicators for dental conditions under the Appropriate and Value Based Care (AVBC) programmes.
• Facilitate discussion with stakeholders on improvement in clinical pathways and outcomes for Value Driven Care (VDC) dental conditions through data analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the Chair, AVBC Committee.
• Support the transition to EPIC system, primarily in the tracking of quality indicators and audits. Includes redesigning data collection processes, data validation and identification of indicators available through EPIC.
• Involvement in Risk and Quality Management functions of the department as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Experience in patient safety and clinical quality, quality improvement in healthcare or healthcare analytics would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and basic statistics; exposure to data visualisation tools such as Tableau would be an advantage
• Experience in using the EPIC system would be a positive consideration
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Positive work attitude and good team player
