Senior /Patient Service Associate- Operations (Clinical Resource Management)
We are seeking a Senior/ Patient Service Associate to support critical operational development functions. The successful candidate will provide the Operations team with administrative support and contributing towards a seamless care delivery for patients at NDCS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our patients, including but not limited to:

Managing dentists’ appointment calendars and rescheduling requests in ensuring calendars are created, blocked and rescheduled promptly

Supporting day-to-day operations of pre-surgery and listing which includes financial counselling, fasting instructions, appointment scheduling and rescheduling

Coordinating and liaising with clinics across various hospitals on the surgical operation list, including pre-operation evaluations, pre-admission testing and data collection

Ensuring patients’ enquiries are handled tactfully and professionally
Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline/ GCE ‘A’ Level/ ‘O’ Level / Higher NITEC in Service Skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A team player with strong communication and administrative skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferably 2 years’ relevant experience; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
