You are responsible for payroll processing, maintaining payroll records and administering key financial assistance schemes. This will involve working closely with the Finance Shared Services Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll; reviewing and authorising payroll journal entries; reviewing and clearing discrepancies in the Balance Sheet; and overseeing the financial assistance scheme including payment and maintaining its books.

 

You will also work with relevant stakeholders on billings and claims, such as processing staff claims and external appointment claims. Other duties include preparing reports, assisting the Chief Financial Officer in costing exercises and ad hoc projects assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting / Business or equivalent with at least 6 years’ relevant payroll experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task

  • A good team player and also able to work independently

  • Possess excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
