You will assist in overseeing frontline operations of the outpatient specialist clinics. You will be required to lead and guide a team to provide patient services, act as point of contact for patient feedback and work with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the clinics. You will help to plan and carry out induction and training programmes for clinic staff, plan and allocate appointment resources as well as collate and prepare statistics for management reporting. Lastly, you will initiate, implement, and review policies and procedures and quality improvement programmes.

 

Requirements

  • Degree with at least 2 years’ working experience in customer/frontline service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
