Executive/Senior Executive (EES), Quality Assurance & Risk Management

You will be a key member of the NHCS Quality Assurance & Risk Management (QARM) team, playing a vital role in supporting the Ensure Safer Systems (ESS), Credentialing and Privileging, and Risk Management functions. You will coordinate initiatives, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure compliance with MOH standards, whilst maintaining credentialing records, facilitating internal assessments, and supporting patient safety programmes. The role also involves providing secretariat and administrative support across all three functions, including committee coordination, minute-taking, and tracking of action items.

The ideal candidate will possess sharp analytical thinking and clear communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation from clinicians and cross-departmental colleagues to senior management. Sound judgement, diplomatic interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver results with minimal oversight will be key to excelling in this role.

The selected candidate will be offered employment on 2-year renewable contractual terms.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Biological Sciences, Applied Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (M365) with advanced Excel skills being advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills
