Research Fellow (Ref:NHCS/RF/LB)

We are seeking a research fellow with a medical background, and interest in cardiac imaging, risk prediction, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will be part of the Cardiovascular Systems Imaging and AI team, reporting to the Principal Investigator. The team will work with local and global research institutions, and multiple industry partners. You are responsible for the progress of research projects under your care and are expected to demonstrate research expertise and capability, such as in the area of cardiac CT imaging. You will assist the Principal Investigator in leading and supervising junior researchers and be involved in research collaborations. The selected candidate will be offered employment on two-year renewable contractual terms.

Requirements

• PhD in Medicine, Biology, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Experience in clinical medicine/ cardiology/ biological/ life sciences or related research field is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Good organisational skills
