Senior/Executive, Quality Assurance
You will be involved in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve clinical governance and quality, as well as patient care and safety for the hospital. You will provide clinical data support to the various teams within the Quality Assurance Office, including Patient Safety, and Infection Prevention and Control.
You will collaborate with the Office of Value Driven Care (SingHealth) on timely data extractions, analysis, and submissions, and report clinical quality indicator results. You are required to engage stakeholders on improvement activities for data driven indicators and manage the department’s dashboard.
You will be responsible for integrating and analysing data using statistical methods, performing case reviews, and working with teams to coordinate projects assigned. You will also coordinate and document proceedings of meetings, prepare reports and participate in the implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
The selected candidate will be offered employment on 2-year renewable contractual terms.
Job Requirements:
- Recognised degree preferably in health science
- Experience in benchmarking, statistical tools and techniques, and knowledge in improvement methodologies
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Tableau would be an advantage
- Able to work independently with strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with a good eye for detail is essential
- Good oral and written communication skills
