Senior/Research Officer (Ref:NHCS/RO/DH)

You will be part of research team under the Heart Protection theme of the National Heart Research Institute of Singapore (NHRIS) at the National Heart Centre of Singapore (NHCS). You will be involved in translational research work and are expected to conduct experiments, document and report experimental results, and assist with general upkeep of the laboratory. The selected candidate will be offered employment on 1-year renewable contractual terms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences or its equivalent
• Previous experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques/ human embryonic stem cell (ESC) / induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) cultures, would be an advantage
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment as well as collaboratively in a diverse workforce
• A strong team player who is able to prioritise, multi-task and meticulous with keeping records
