Clinical Associate

The National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) is the national tertiary referral centre for the treatment of neurological diseases. It is also a centre of excellence for education and research. The medical care is complemented with state-of-the-art medical equipment and imaging technology, and the institute is the only one in Singapore with dedicated and integrated departments of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Neuroradiology. The NNI is the major provider of clinical neuroscience services to the public healthcare system.

Clinical Associates (Neurosurgery)

Clinical Associate is a non-specialist doctor. You will render holistic medical care and management of patients in the wards, specialist outpatient clinics and/or operating theatres.

Requirements:

• You must have an M.B.B.S. or equivalent basic medical degree.
• At least 3 years’ post-housemanship experience as a medical officer (or equivalent) in General Surgery or Neurosurgery or possess a postgraduate medical qualification in the General Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• At least 3 years’ active clinical practice in the relevant specialty
• Fulfill the English Language requirements of SMC
