Job Responsibilities

The Development Department in National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) is looking for an Executive to join the team. He/ she will be responsible for assisting his/her Supervisor in implementing the Department’s Development strategic plan. The incumbent will assist and support the facilitation of philanthropic funding for the causes at NNI. This may include but is not limited to proposal drafting with stakeholders for prospecting, donor stewardship initiatives and reporting.

The incumbent will also assist in the development of strategic branding and social media plans for the NNI Fund which may include but is not limited to:

• Extending social media presence of the NNI Fund for public engagement
• Enhancing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity of NNI Fund across all medium, while strengthening brand positioning and perception with new and existing identified target audience
• Working cohesively with the Development team, relevant NNI and external stakeholders to achieve the department’s goals

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent analytical, communication, writing skills and a good command of the English language, as well as ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good management of timelines for monitoring, tracking and reporting
• Experience and/or study in branding, marketing and/or social media will be an added advantage
