Executive/Senior Executive, Research Administration

Job Summary:

You will be part of the Research Administration team to provide administrative and operational support to NNI research community including and not limited to the management of research agreements, regulatory compliance matters, collation and reporting of research key performance indicators and to oversee the administrative matters and operations of NNI Tissue Bank.



  • To facilitate the drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing of research-related agreements including research collaboration agreements, non-disclosure/confidentiality and material transfer agreements etc. by working closely with researchers, collaborators and internal and external legal offices. To track and manage the agreements, including maintaining the agreement database and updating related policies.
  • To oversee the administrative matters and operations of NNI Tissue Bank such as sample de-identification, tissue release process, secretarial support for committee meeting, conducting audit checks and updating of related policies, liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to Tissue Bank.
  • To provide support and/or oversee the compilation, tracking and reporting of research KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • To provide secretariat support for research committee meetings.
  • To provide support for the administration and organization of events and initiatives of the Research Division.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.



Education, Training & Experience Required :

  • Degree or equivalent in Science or any related discipline with minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • An independent and proactive team player.
  • Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous and able to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with good report-writing ability.
  • Proficient in IT skills (e.g. MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
