Patient Service Associate (Neuroradiology)

General & Frontline Duties

• Patient registration and verification of particulars
• Appointment scheduling and coordination
• Billing, payment collection, and daily cash reconciliation
• Update and maintenance of patient records
• Filing, retrieval, and distribution of medical records, media, and reports
• Provide frontline service support and handle patient enquiries
• Any other ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Clinical Support Duties

• Assist radiographers in preparing patients for imaging procedures (e.g., explaining procedures, patient transfer, ensuring safety protocols)
• Support patient flow within imaging rooms and waiting areas
• Assist in basic room preparation and turnover
• Perform simple clerical support for imaging procedures
• Ensure infection control and safety procedures are adhered to within clinical areas

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience, particularly in a healthcare setting, will have an added advantage.
• Service-oriented with a pleasant disposition and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable supporting basic clinical tasks
• Able to work 2-rotating shifts
