Research Officer II

The Neuroscience Laboratory at the National Neuroscience Institute (TTSH Campus) is seeking a highly motivated Research Officer to join our team. 

Role & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in:

• Creating rodent models of neurological diseases
• Helping to maintain transgenic animals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or diploma holder in related fields (life science, biochemistry, veterinary technology, etc). Fresh graduates with veterinary diploma are welcome to apply. 
• At lesat 2 years of experience in animal experiments.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in English and good scientific writing skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications and statistical software.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to perform operations independently after training. Training will be provided by senior staff.
