Job Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end-to-end project management of strategic projects - to ensure projects are completed on time, according to budget and within scope. This includes, but not limited to:

• Project design optimization
• Stakeholders management
• Progress tracking
• Project risk management

Project Portfolio Management

Drive the setting up of Project Management Office (PMO) to define and maintain the standards of project management in NNI. This includes, but not limited to:

• Portfolio management
• Resource management
• Building Project Management capabilities

          - Identifying and closing capability gaps

          - Identifying appropriate tools

         - Consolidating best practices

Skills required

• Recognized education qualification with relevant working experience in project management
• Expertise in project management tools e.g. Gantt charts, project tracking tools
• Comfortable with technology; Proficient in relevant digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Tableau and Smartsheet highly preferred.
• Experience &/ certification in any of the following areas highly desirable: project management, change management, strategic planning, data analysis and visualisation
