Job Responsibilities

The Senior Executive will support Deputy CEO (Clinical), Reporting Officer as well as Institutional Value Lead / Deputy Institutional Value Lead (IVL / Dy IVL) in advancing NNI's Appropriate & Value-Based Care (AVBC) initiatives as well as provide secretariat support to the Value-Based Healthcare Committee (VBHC). The role involves supporting clinical appropriateness assessments, coordinating value-based care programmes, providing committee administrative support, and managing clinical projects to achieve NNI's vision and mission. The duty of the incumbent includes the following but is not limited to:

 

  • Proactively identify, evaluate and onboard new VDC conditions and Choosing Wisely projects.
  • Collaborate with NNI Strategic Management Analytics (SMA) team to compile, validate, and submit quarterly AVBC Coverage data for Balanced Scorecard reporting.
  • Develop, and maintain a comprehensive AVBC performance dashboard that provides real-time insights across all NNI sites.
  • Represent NNI in cluster-wide AVBC initiatives, including serving on event planning committees.
  • Coordinate committee initiatives and facilitate communication between committee members and clinical departments.
  • Assist in educating NNI clinical staff on PROMs benefits, applications and implementation processes.
  • Support clinical quality improvement initiatives and work with clinical teams to monitor care appropriateness as well as support quality improvement processes.
  • Provide administrative support for clinical projects and special assignments when necessary.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by Reporting Officer

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in in any discipline with 1-2 years relevant working experience in healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge or interest in clinical quality improvement, healthcare committee operations, or value-based care principles would be advantageous.
  • Strong meeting coordination and secretariat skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up processes. 
  • Good planning, organisational, execution and communication skills.
  • Independent, resourceful and able to handle multiple projects.
  • Dynamic, meticulous and adaptable.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Access would be an advantage.
