Senior Staff Nurse (Community Care)

You will be a member of community care team in NNI, your main role will be to coordinate care for patients with neurological disorders who are cared in the community with the support of various program specialists. you are the resource person to the community care partners to ensure adequate support and timely advice are provided.  Visiting patient’s home and home assessment will be part of the job scope.

You will receive pertinent clinical training to enhance your knowledge and aid your competency.

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with diploma and above is welcome to apply for the post
• 5 years of working experience in patient care setting
• Able to work independently
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and service-oriented
• Community experience will be preferred 
• Able to work at various NNI campuses
