Cook (Contract)

The Cook is responsible for activities pertaining to all aspects of food production, kitchen cleanliness and sanitation. This includes supervision of food preparation and cooking, ensuring food quality and consistency and adherence to food hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with Diploma in Culinary & Catering Management/ Food & Beverage Business/ Equivalent may apply
• Able to work 6 days/ week including weekends on 2 rotating shift (6.30am to 2.30pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm)
