Assistant Manager, Support Operations
Job Description
The Assistant Manager reports to the Senior Manager / Manager, Operations / Support Operations on all operational, manpower and administrative matters of the section. He/She is expected to plan and manage various support operations services and emergency planning functions across all relevant operating units, ensuring that their daily operations are run smoothly, including establishing business continuity plans to cater for unforeseen disruption to the services.
For support operations, the incumbent is expected to assist the Senior Manager / Manager, Operations / Support Operations in the planning, execution and management of support operations requirements and the service delivery by the respective vendors. He/She will lead the Support Operations section under his/her charge in providing support to the respective units. As the key contact on the ground, the incumbent is expected to work closely with all stakeholders (both internal and external) in ensuring that the relevant requirements and service key performance indicators are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in hospital operations will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel
- Team player with effective communication and writing skills
