We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive to join our Support Operations team at SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH). 

 

Reporting to the Senior/ Assistant Director or Senior/ Manager in Support Operations, you will provide senior-level support in meeting the comprehensive support operations requirements of SCH and its affiliated Community Hospitals, including Sengkang Community Hospital (SKCH) and Outram Community Hospital (OCH). You are responsible for assisting the Assistant Directors and Managers in overseeing the services provided by the support operations units and ensuring the efficient and effective operation and maintenance support of the hospital. As the key contact on the ground, you are expected to work closely with stakeholders (both internal and external) to meet requirements and achieve performance targets that are established.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in healthcare industry.. Prior working experience in managing support operations, will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • The working site will be at Sengkang Community Hospital
