Associate Executive, Employee Services

You will play a vital role in supporting the HR operations within SingHealth Community Hospitals to ensure a smooth delivery of services to employees.

 

Your key responsibilities include administering of medical and leave benefits and administration of staff passes, name tags and dependent passes. You will also liaise with the insurer to process claims for the Group Foreign Worker Medical insurance.  You will support other HR administration duties such as being the custodian of P/Files within HR, clearing of HR mail/letter boxes etc.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in general administration, preferably in Human Resource
  • Knowledge on HR modules in SuccessFactors would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Words, and Powerpoint
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Customer service-oriented, independent and results-oriented
  • Entry level diploma graduates are welcomed to apply and will be accepted for senior associate position
