The Chef is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the preparation of meals for patients and in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and that the food quality is of high standards and consistent. The role will include planning and reviewing menus for patients, assisting the Food Service Manager in administration, operational, inventory management duties pertaining to kitchen operations, overseeing the food preparation and cooking, and training kitchen staff on food hygiene and safety standards.


Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates with Diploma in Culinary & Catering Management/Food & Beverage Business / Equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience may apply
  • Able to work 6 days/ week including weekends on 2 rotating shift (6.30am to 2.30pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm)
