Executive, Licensing, Data Protection & Process Improvement (LDP)

The Executive reports to the Assistant/ Manager, Licensing, Data Protection & Process Improvement (LDP) on all operational, manpower and administrative matters of the section.

 

Service Operations

 

To support the three community hospitals (CHs) in aligning SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH)’s strategic directions, he/ she will assist to implement and manage transformational improvement projects through operations analytics and improvements. The Executive will work with stakeholders across the three CHs to achieve agreed upon goals and objectives through excellent project management. He/ she is also expected to facilitate improvement projects, participate, coordinate and support the departments in clinical care pathways development and/or workflow discussions. For new processes, he / she would support tabletop exercises and full-dress rehearsals and document learnings for the teams.

 

Compliance - Accreditation & Licensing

 

The Executive is responsible for maintaining systems and processes to ensure conformance to MOH Licensing (PHMC), and other relevant standards including ISO Accreditation. He / she is also involved in the planning, conduct, follow-up and closure of internal audit findings. The Executive will also support all departments on content management in various IT systems to meet the licensing requirements.

 

Enterprise Risk Management

 

The Executive will support the Assistant/ Manager to develop the SCH ERM work plan by collating and analysing risk information to highlight trends and areas of focus for senior management’s review annually. He / she will work closely with stakeholders to monitor their key risks and co-ordinate all on-going ERM activities across the three CHs. He / she will support the coordination and facilitation of ERM implementation at each CH and with key stakeholders (e.g. on-site GHs) to support the SCH ERM framework and programme. He / she will also support the implementation and ensure SCH’s compliance to the SingHealth AEN framework for incidents reporting. 

 

Job Requirements

  • A good Bachelor’s degree (Industrial & Systems Engineering, Business with major in Operations Management preferred)
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years’ experience in a healthcare environment will be an advantage
  •  Good analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
  •  Efficient use with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation
  •  Able to work independently, in teams and with diverse team members
  • Self-motivated, initiative and able to work effectively under pressure or tight deadlines
  • Possess willingness to learn and embrace knowledge sharing
  • Experience and skills in project management.
