Patient Experience Associate

You will assist the healthcare team in providing basic caregiving activities and engagement to patients to ensure comfort and patient safety under the supervision of trained nurses. You will establish positive rapport with patients to improve the patients' hospital experiences and to deliver psycho-social care for patients.

Requirements :
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or its equivalent
- Has a pleasant disposition with ability to provide good customer service
- Team player, strong collaborator, possess initiative to complete assigned task
- Inpatient Wards (2-Rotating Shift)
