Senior Associate, Learning & Development
You will play an essential role in SCH’s learning development and engagement efforts, assisting with the administration of training applications and supporting the annual Learning Needs Analysis exercise.
You will handle the coordination of training programmes, provide logistic support for training activities and assist in initiatives to enhance the various learning experiences.
You are also expected to perform administrative tasks such as collate training evaluations, process invoices, apply funding claims, update training records in HRIS system, as well as perform any other
duties that may be assigned by your supervisor(s).
Job Requirements
- Diploma in general administration, preferably in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and interact and collaborate with colleagues across all levels
- Good understanding of Learning & Development administration and knowledge of available government funding would be an advantage
- Entry level diploma graduates are welcome to apply
