Job Description


You will support the Business Office (BO) in Singhealth Community Hospitals (SCH). Your responsibilities include assisting the department manager in establishing and implementing BO policies and procedures, work instructions and process mapping; supervising the business liaison team and overseeing the control and management of patient transfer and admission; ensuring adequate staff deployment and coverage to meet work volume demand; analysing patient admission and discharge data and providing regular reports to management as well as various projects which are assigned to you. You will also be expected to conduct financial counselling and admission briefing to patients and their families.


Job Requirement

  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience, preferably with supervisory experience
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
