Senior/ Executive, Operations
As an Executive in the Operations Department of SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH), you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation’s sustainability and green procurement initiative, focusing on conducting supplier assessment to evaluate sustainability practices, certifications, and ethical standards. Additionally, you will support daily and FF&E procurement functions, collaborate closely with our procurement partner and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance of procedures and to seek continuous improvement.
You will share best practices in sustainable procurement to create awareness, assist in contract management, sourcing and co-ordinating with existing/potential vendors. You will support HQ operations in internal audit governance and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate proactiveness in work
- Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers
- Familiarity with SAP and government procurement experience is an advantage
