Senior/ Executive, Patient Experience (OCH)
Reporting to the Manager, Patient Experience, the jobholder willl support SCH’s philosophy of care in providing patients with a well-paced and personalised care in a homely environment to promote healing and integration back to home or the community. You will document and respond to feedback received from patients and caregivers. This includes providing the appropriate responses in a timely manner and according to feedback processes. You will also support in all aspects of Patient Experience promotions and events to elevate and sustain a service excellence culture for the organisation and its patients. You will also support any other projects, as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any discipline
. Relevant Experience & Skills:
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in service quality or communications in a healthcare organisation
- Able to keep meticulous record and timelines
- Strong interpersonal relations, resourceful and able to work independently
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Keen interest to learn new skills and develop themselves for job scope expansion
- Able to think on the feet and be flexible to change
- Interest in the healthcare industry
