Senior/ Executive Community Engagement & Partnerships

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior / Manager, Community Engagement and Partnerships, the incumbent will assist to build and drive collaborative platforms together with internal stakeholders (clinical, nursing, allied health and operations) and external collaborators, to execute initiatives that deliver impact for our patients in the community, specifically in helping to bridge care from the hospital into the community. As part of assisting departments in multi-disciplinary activities and initiatives involving SCH’s community and industry partners, he/she is expected to maintain existing partnerships with community organisations, government agencies, institutes of higher learning, private enterprises/ start-ups in the healthcare and social sector, and assist in initiatives and/or projects that result from these partnerships.

He/she will also communicate learnings from initiatives partnered with the community across the organisation, identify ways to sustain and/or improve partnered initiatives, identify and develop best practices of partnership models for adoption across SCH institutions. As part of the Office of Community Engagement and Education (OCEAN) team, the Senior/Executive will also be working on education-related initiatives that support SCH in building communities and bridging care for caregivers and the wider community.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business or Social Science
• Minimum 2 years’ of experience in strategic planning, community engagement, corporate marketing and/or business development in healthcare industry or public/civil service.
• Good analytical, communication (interpersonal), presentation, and writing skills
• Efficient use with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) for data analysis and presentation
• Independent team member who can work well with different healthcare professionals.
