Assistant Manager (Manpower Planning)

You will oversee the manpower governance to ensure proper and accurate maintenance of establishment and other funded positions in HRIS and the availability of Manpower Status Report, and perform audits regularly.  You will also perform workforce analysis and projections with considerations of internal and external factors, build manpower dashboards, and prepare manpower-related reports for submission to internal and external agencies. 

 

Job Requirements

  • Good Bachelor degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in manpower review and planning
  • Able to communicate and present well. 
  • Able to engage stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
  • Have an organisational perspective and understanding of the organisational structure and position management.
  • Meticulous with a flair for numbers and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
