You will be responsible for the execution and administration of Performance Management cycles to support the Hospital’s overall human resource strategies. This includes the annual performance appraisal exercise, promotion exercises, probation and confirmation of employment of non-medical employees. You will have opportunities to work hand in hand with stakeholders to learn and to devise strategies for the management of performance and career planning. You will also have opportunities to be involved in compensation related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Capital Management
- At least 6 years’ experience, preferably with supervisory experience
- Meticulous, resourceful and has good organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to follow through tasks to completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage
