About the Role:
As an HR Recruitment Support Officer, you'll provide essential administrative support to our HR Recruiters, ensuring seamless recruitment operations that meet our departments' evolving manpower needs. This role offers excellent exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and provides a solid foundation for your HR career development.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR Recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Ensure timely and accurate processing of new hire documentation and onboarding requirements

Maintain precise records of contract renewals and employment term changes in our HRIS system

Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and documentation management

Support recruitment events and projects

Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and tracking systems

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
What We're Looking For:

Previous recruitment experience and SuccessFactors knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
