You will provide administrative and secretariat support for the Liver Transplant Programme. Your job duties include the following areas:
- Maintenance of office equipment, stationery and office supplies
- Assist in department's claims submissions
- Manage and maintain department's reports and documents
- Collate data, perform data entry and manage database systems
- Logistics support for meetings and for new staff and resigned staff
- Assist Transplant Coordinator to arrange appointments with patients and follow up on patient's care and documentation
- Register patients in the National Transplant Registry System (NTRS) and maintenance of patients' records
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Nursing, Life or Health Sciences
- Experience in digital medica design will be an advantage
- Good team player and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Illustrator
