Associate Executive/ Senior Associate (Liver Transplant Programme)

You will provide administrative and secretariat support for the Liver Transplant Programme. Your job duties include the following areas:

  • Maintenance of office equipment, stationery and office supplies
  • Assist in department's claims submissions
  • Manage and maintain department's reports and documents
  • Collate data, perform data entry and manage database systems
  • Logistics support for meetings and for new staff and resigned staff
  • Assist Transplant Coordinator to arrange appointments with patients and follow up on patient's care and documentation
  • Register patients in the National Transplant Registry System (NTRS) and maintenance of patients' records

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Nursing, Life or Health Sciences
  • Experience in digital medica design will be an advantage
  • Good team player and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Illustrator
