You will be responsible for managing financial budgeting planning and enhance staff well-being within the Division of Radiological Sciences. Your job duties include:

  • Plan and prepare annual budget review
  • Manage expenditure and income of department funds 
  • Prepare updates of financial accounts and presentations to Senior Management
  • Provide advice on financial matters
  • Plan and oversee engagement activities
  • Drive employee engagement surveys, analyse the survey results, make recommendations for improvement and present to management 
  • Create quarterly newsletters for Division
  • Manage Division's intranet and internet
  • Provide secretariat support to committees/ projects/ department meetings (include taking notes of meetings)

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or similar discipines
  • Strong financial skills (eg, budgeting, financial reporting)
  • Able to multi-task 
  • Good communication skills
