You will be responsible for managing financial budgeting planning and enhance staff well-being within the Division of Radiological Sciences. Your job duties include:
- Plan and prepare annual budget review
- Manage expenditure and income of department funds
- Prepare updates of financial accounts and presentations to Senior Management
- Provide advice on financial matters
- Plan and oversee engagement activities
- Drive employee engagement surveys, analyse the survey results, make recommendations for improvement and present to management
- Create quarterly newsletters for Division
- Manage Division's intranet and internet
- Provide secretariat support to committees/ projects/ department meetings (include taking notes of meetings)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or similar discipines
- Strong financial skills (eg, budgeting, financial reporting)
- Able to multi-task
- Good communication skills
